Pre-Employment
At Parkview Hospital, we are committed to providing a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all employees. To help ensure a safe and healthful working environment, each applicant to whom an offer of employment has been made will be required, as a condition of employment to undergo a drug screening test. We also conduct a criminal background screening on all applicants to whom an offer of employment is made. Applicants will be asked to sign a consent for both a drug screening and a criminal background screening. Our employment offer is contingent upon the outcome of these screenings.
